Everyone's symptoms of mental health are different. Some signs you may need mental health support include constant feelings of sadness, noticeable mood changes, eating or sleeping more than normal, suicidal feelings, and drastic behavioral changes. There are many other symptoms of mental health; however, these are some common signs to look out for.
