Outpatient Psychiatry

Psychiatric Care

Intensive Outpatient Program (Level 2.1 IOP)
Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in Reno, aligned with ASAM 2.1 criteria, offers a structured and supportive environment for individuals facing challenges related to substance use. This program integrates both in-person and telehealth sessions, focusing on skill-building, peer support, and coordinated psychiatric care. Participants can expect a comprehensive approach that fosters recovery and empowers them on their journey.
Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
At Four Square Clinicals, our MAT program is designed to assist individuals struggling with opioid use disorder. We combine FDA-approved medications like Sublocade and Suboxone with therapeutic counseling to help manage cravings and reduce the risk of relapse. Our compassionate team provides ongoing support, ensuring a holistic approach to recovery that addresses both the physical and emotional aspects of addiction.
TMS & EEG-Informed Services
Four Square Clinicals provides noninvasive TMS and EEG-informed services in collaboration with the Brain and Pulse Institute in Las Vegas. Traditional TMS may be used to treat eligible adults with depression, while EEG findings can help inform individualized treatment planning and monitor progress. Clinical evaluation is required to determine eligibility**.
